Let, length = 100x meter, breadth = 60x meter
Perimeter = 2 ( length + breadth)
800 = 2 ( 100x + 60x)
800 = 320x
x = 5/2
area = ( 100 × 5/2) × ( 60 × 5/2) = 37500 sq.metre
